I’m always looking for quick and easy dessert recipes that I can throw together in a pinch. Trifles are the perfect solution. And the layers in this tiramisu-inspired trifle are all amazing.

Now you may be thinking that this one seems a little crazy, but hear me out. Coffee. Nutella. Caramel. What about that could be bad? It seriously combines into one of my favorite desserts. I’ve made it many times and fall in love with it all over again every time. I absolutely love the way the cake absorbs the coffee flavor. Then it combines with the creamy pudding. Then the Nutella ganache firms up just enough to add a little texture and it’s truly my favorite layer. The whole thing is addicting and will fly out of the dish when you serve it. Trust me.

Ready in just 20 minutes, this raspberry filling for cake is the perfect way to take your baked goods to the next level. Made in advance and refrigerated, it’s great for adding last-minute bursts of flavor to your cakes and cupcakes.

All you have to do is blend the raspberries and simmer them in a pot with sugar, a cornstarch slurry, and lemon juice. Easy, right? The hardest part is having to strain out the seeds, but I do love the smooth seedless texture.

This version of puppy chow is a twist on the classic that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, or even a baby shower. Swap out the classic chocolate and peanut butter and instead use white and pink candy coating with powdered sugar and strawberry cake mix. The flavor is a delicious and fruity twist!
